I feel like I’ve smoked a whole carton and downed a 12-pack, but I haven’t had even a cigar in over a year and have only had about 3 ciders in the last six months. Can I blame JITB for why I'm feeling like this?

Probably. Also if you’re out West, especially in CA, you can blame the wildfires.
Also you may be getting old.

Yes.
I haven’t had a cigarette in 2 years and every once in a while I still cough first thing in the morning like I smoked a carton of Lucky Strikes in my sleep.

That being said I really miss smoking.

Grew up in SoCal, but live in the Midwest now, so that's not it. And I am old, but this is beyond that. I recently doubled my BP medal, so maybe that has something to do with it, but really the only noticeable effect should be more frequent urination...

I’m really weird about that. Until earlier this year, we could get a carton free with each paycheck, then they ditched that perk because too few people were using it.
I can go months without smoking anything and not care, but out of nowhere, when I’m feeling a little stressed or just want to chill, I’ll get a craving for a cigarette or cigar, have one, and that’s it for a couple more months.

I think it’s fine to enjoy a tobacco product (or several). The social stigma surrounding it nowadays is so loaded with shame. Smoking is very enjoyable.
